Keep everyone informed
Agree on a point of contact and who needs to review an offer. We can explain the same price and property terms to the people involved rather than rely on informal messages passed between them.
Confirm authority and written instructions
Ownership, court orders, and settlement terms can affect a sale. Your attorney and closing team should confirm the necessary signatures and how proceeds are handled. XI does not decide those legal or financial arrangements.
Discuss possession and timing
Tell us if one person is still living in the home or if a move is being coordinated. An as-is purchase can reduce repair preparation, but the closing and possession arrangements still need to be agreed in writing.
